Hop To Harvest returns- Celebrate the spirit of Meander Valley! We’re rolling out the welcome mat for a day that honours the land, the dedication of our community, and the incredible bounty of our region. Want to meet the producer? Now’s your chance. Shake hands, share stories, and indulge in the finest produce, craft beverages, and artisan creations grown and made right here. Experience the ultimate ‘paddock to enjoyment’ journey with our collective of talented growers, makers, and chefs.

  • Have step free access to the conference or function room
  • Have accessible seating areas in theatrette
  • Have an accessible public toilet which is unlocked
  • Have a wheelchair accessible toilet / shower and change room
  • Have at least one wheelchair accessible parking space with wheelchair accessible signage clearly displayed (International standards are 3200mm wide x 2500 mm high)
  • Modify your cooking and cleaning practices to cater for people with food allergies or chemical intolerances (could include menus with meals free from: nuts, dairy, seafood, eggs, gluten etc)
  • Train your staff to respond to allergic reactions
  • Adhere to The Food Authority requirements for allergy management in food preparation
  • Have equipment to respond to anaphylactic shock such as epi–pens and defibrillator
  • Use organic (chemical and fragrance free) cleaning products
